Edward Garry's Case In the Spotlight: New Testimony in '95 Murder Case Points the Finger at Another Man

EXI is currently litigating the case of Edward Garry, who was convicted of a 1995 Bronx murder he did not commit. At a hearing held on September 5, 2014, witnesses testified that the murder was committed by a different man. Among the witnesses testifying for the defense were an investigator from the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, who assisted EXI in reinvestigating the case, and a co-conspirator who stated that it was another man - not Edward - who committed the crime with him.
